Near Salt Lake City, we ride a straight gallop across parched salt lakes, pass towering red rock towers near the world-renowned Zion National Park, conquer oddly shaped steep slopes and sand dunes in the desolate moonscape of the Colorado Plateau, and follow the spectacular canyon of the Colorado River.The intimidatingly named off-road obstacles along the "Slickrock Trail" in the middle of the famed off-road cult site of Moab are not to be missed, but the traction-packed sandstone makes it easy for us to tackle "Hells Gate" or the "Tip Over Challenge." In the evening, we enjoy homemade hamburgers and crispy BBQs over campfire romance.

The transfer between the stations of our trip takes place by pickup truck – so we experience in a short time the most beautiful regions of the giant US state.
